From the original story in OP, the perp was the actor and the manufacturer of the child porn, same as the story I just posted. The girl admitted to "taking the pornographic photo,” according to a complaint affidavit filed by the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. The document, sworn by a detective, does not identify the juveniles in the photo, though a sheriff’s spokesperson said that the teen herself is one of the minors depicted. So what's not in the original story is if the other actor was aware of being photographed. Either way, for you to win your argument that manufacture of child porn is OK is if the children are aware they're being photographed or filmed, otherwise it's not. Again, was the other person in the girl's photo aware she was being photographed or not? Story doesn't say one way or another. |

Totally different. If the girl was showing off the pics/video, she obviously knew she was on camera. Should she have been suspended from school for a couple of days for passing around porno? Yes. Should her parents be compelled by the state to maybe look into her past times if shes 15 with a neck tattoo and has no problem showing off her home made porn? Absolutely. This is not a child being exploited, abused, etc by an adult. It's completely against the intent of the anti-child porn laws. |
