Unreal. No injury, the kid and his folks don't want to press charges, but the DA is going to charge him with a fucking FELONY because they believe it's "in his best interest"?
What. The. Fuck.
"We're going to make sure you can't get a good job, never vote, can't join the military, can't own a firearm and in some places, can't even rent an apartment. But believe us, it's for your own good, and it's going to hurt us way more than it hurts you." I really hope that everyone involved in pushing this goatfuck forward loses their fucking job, gets divorced and buried under child support AND gets herpes. Fucking assholes.

Maybe he has some underlying S-E problem or mental issue....or maybe he is just a punk that needs to be put through the system like any other punk. Next time, he won't write checks he doesn't want cashed. Slugging people in the face because your mad at them isn't acceptable. Shooting them isn't either.
