I gotcha, it's an "instead of" as opposed to a "not at all".

I'm planning to convert my post ban rifles and new lower builds to "cool" mode using parts and uppers from my existing pre-bans, take pics and get everything documented by a notary, and then take my time actually permanently configuring the new stuff how I want. I've got three post ban rifles, two stripped lowers, and three pre-bans to borrow uppers and tele-stocks from. Guess I'll have to make two trips to the notary!

Couldn't you put the buffer tubes on the receivers long as you kept the tele stocks away? Not much longer left, almost there!

Make that a little over 70 hours now.

If I didn't have to get busy at work I'd Hit It at exactly 70.

Absolutely beautiful!!!

Just don't let them get out and flood the streets.  I hear those types of guns tend to flood the streets or something.
