I guess it's time to repost this. If you list nightvision, interceptor body armor or SAPI plates you'll have to have a receipt and forward a picture with the tags, including the serial number. We've have been doing this for some time. Selling stolen government property is illegal. I get calls from CID about body armor and nightvision all the time. Buying stolen government property is also illegal if you know it's stolen. If you don't know it's stolen you will still have to give it back and will be out the money you paid for it. However if you decide to beanpile someone's for sale thread on arfkom in violation of the rules you won't have an account on Arfkom anymore. |
