Hey all, last year I made a run of reproduction slings for the Mk12. They sold really quickly, however I found another box of them that are up for grabs. These were based off a 2003 gun that was in its freshly issued state with all of its original issued components. Any Eagle TAS-1 made from 2006 on isn't even close to being correct due to their change in materials, webbing routing and triglides used. Please note that if you bought one of these from me in the past, it included the silencers. These do not have them and I do not have any more of them on hand. What I can offer you are some issued Uncle Mike's sling swivels from the 1990's. These are NOT the correctly stamped ones from the 2003 era, however they are Made in the USA and are issued military swivels in NOS condition, unlike the milspec Uncle Mike's swivels that have been made in China since 2006.
Pricing:1x Sling shipped USPS Priority = $78.45
Additional slings = $70
1990's Uncle Mike's Swivel with sling purchase - $15/each.
I ship 7 days a week, payment via PP FF or Venmo. Email for quickest response.
Here is the information that I include with each sling:
Thanks for buying one of my recreations of the early Eagle Industries TAS-1 sling! This sling is modeled 100% off of the sling that was shown in the Snipers Hide post in early 2020 that showed a deployment kit of a Mk12 Mod 0 (gen iii PRI tube).
Webbing: Eagle Industries used tubular webbing for the early slings, unlike the current ones we see today on eBay, etc. In 2003, Eagle sold these in black and OD, this recreation is in the proper milspec OD.
Triglides: The triglides back in 2003 were marked ITW NEXUS with their city and state information. Modern triglides are marked differently and show the date of manufacture. I sourced the properly marked triglides from 2003, these are correctly marked ones for the era.
QD Buckle: These buckles are from original Eagle Industries TAS-1 slings manufactured in the 2009 era, they are the same design as used in 2003.
HK Hooks: The HK hooks used on modern Eagle Industries slings are different than the ones used in 2003. The ones in 2003 were black and marked USA on them. The ones used on your sling here are identical in shape, color and markings to the ones used in 2003.
Thread: The thread is milspec in OD.
-Eagle Industries sewed all of their slings by hand on a machine by different people so they had unique patterns and no two were alike. These were all sewn by a small business here in Phoenix, AZ in the same manner.
-ALL components down to the thread are milspec and Made in the USA, just like the originals.***
