I want to build a match target 10/22 rifle, but I am not finding a lot of options for non optic match sights. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Tech Sights  Can be a good option.   As of yet they don't make a rear sight which will fit a picatinny rail.  Weaver or bare receiver only, they also make front sights.

Nodak Spud makes a rear sight for a 10/22 receiver and font sights which slip over a .920 barrel

A couple more possibilities are noted in the fifth and sixth posts of this Rimfire Central thread.
If you do manage to adapt a Lyman or get the Williams, please post, I'd be interested in seeing it.

Three months later and I stumble across this thread. . .

Are you talking about globe/aperture sights?  Here are some places that have them.  Some centerfire stuff can be easily used for rimfire.  You may have to get the muzzle of your barrel (or a new heavy barrel) turned down to the specific dimension to accommodate the front sight base, i.e.: .750" (if it uses certain types of clamp on bases. . .some may not). You will also have to find the appropriate base for the rear sight.
