Not sure on this one.

Guy got delayed, told me he would be delayed. Received his TX LTC today, 1 days into his delay. I have checked the website and his LTC is valid.

do i have to wait until an approval/brady date with the LTC now being valid?

Edit: can’t find a regulation on it. Tried to call the local ATF guy and no answer or return

Edit: NVM ATF returned my call. Said he’d never heard that one and wasn’t sure. So not gonna transfer yet

1. Cancel existing transaction and record that on the 4473.
2. Have buyer complete a new 4473, use TX LTC as exemption to NICS.
3. Profit.

Smart move. Not worth the explaining when the inspectors show up with a list of NTNs and ask why it was transferred before the release date.
