I'm looking to make a custom handle out of G10 or Micarta that will require a block at least 2"x2"x5", but can't find anything that large.

Does anyone have a source?

You can epoxy two 1x2x5 slabs together. Just sand each piece on a level surface and you are GTG.
This was made in three pieces. It has been abused and hasn't come close to failing. I think I used Gorilla glue on this one, but usually I use 2 part epoxy.
2 pieces for the handle and 1 for the guard. You can see where the seams are, but on a darker micarta, it would be a lot more unobtrusive.

Same knife about 4 years later.

I like how micarta darkens with age and use.
