I am taking this as a question, so this is an answer.

RUAG is a Swiss company making ammunition for the Swiss military. Knowing the Swiss I would expect it to be ridiculously consistent and high quality.
The ammo from Them I have used would bear this out.

Hopefully you get better ones than I got. I ordered 2k of those cases.
I'm guessing the reason they were demilled was because of a powder degradation issue. About 85-90% of them had significant amount of power stuck in the cases that has to be broke up with a screwdriver and dumped out. Some of them are brown on the inside where the powder looks to have decomposed. Hopefully the primers are still ok.
They came in 500 count bags. I did not count to see if there was that many. I have went through and sorted two bags so far, and out of each bag, about 30-40 were not useable due to badly damaged case mouths. Either badly dented or cracked.
Also, all the ones that have the tar still in them, I found the primers were stamped CF. Some looking online found they are the "clean fire" primers which are lead free and have a limited shelf life.
So I have segregated them and will be shooting them first.
I have sorted 1k so far and still have 1k to go and after getting about halfway through the first bag, I started doubting my decision to buy them and contemplated trying to return the 3 bags I did not open. I decided to keep them and just push through.
I was able to save the primers from the dented cases to hopefully reuse.

Would tumbling work to clean them out?

Possibly, but you will most likely get the media stuck in the flash holes. When reloading fired brass it is no big deal as the decapping pin pushes it out with the old primer. But on live primers, it might be a little more tricky to get out safely.
Plus you then have gunpowder in your media.

You should post a hot link when asking about a site. Top of the post window, see those icons? The chain link is for hot links.

So I went through the check out process and came to the payment part.

Saw they take credit cards, so they are GTG.

The scam sites never take credit cards, they take Zelle. Once you send your money it's gone........

LRPs or Varget? I have an order in with them for LRPs but haven’t received a cancellation.

It looks like there are no discounts on anything at American Reloading for the last 24 hours.

EDIT: to clarify, I only posted because even the normal, as of a week ago, 20-30% discounts had gone away.  For 24-36 hours, all discounts were 0%. This morning, they returned to what was normal discounts and pricing.  I didn't mean to cause confusion or distraction.

That place is a scam site.
They accept Cashapp and Paypal only.
And to top it off they have 92 eight lb kegs of 8208 XBR, that's not even possible these days.
Please don't send these scammers your money!

Bass Pro was showing Winchester and Remington LRP in stock online this morning. Full disclosure: an order I placed a month ago for Winchester LRP still hasn’t come in so I’m not sure what the ETA is.

Edit: order for 1k Winchester LRP placed when this post was made was cancelled the next day. Order placed Dec 11th (which included Winchester LRP and other items) still shows shipped but hasn’t made it to the store yet.

Edit #2: they ended up sending me another coupon code good for 10% off any 1 item for my troubles.

I just purchased several #'s of Ramshot Enforcer on BassPro.com for $31/#, and they will ship to your local store for free.  (no hazmat)

Enforcer is a very good magnum pistol powder with a velocity around that of Alliant 2400.

I'm afraid it's going to be a lot higher a week from now.
