This is the best deal I've seen on 5.56 in a while, with the $75 dollar rebate from Winchester it's less than .41 cents per round including shipping. You'll have to cut off the UPC code and mail it in.

Along with what Rodent was saying, I think the best deal going is about $375 worth of Winchester to minimize the shipping and maximize the rebate per round. Not saying there’s nothing cheaper, but one might be better off with 20% off Winchester than the cheapest ammo available.

I generally buy ammo from PSA when they offer free shipping. WV doesn't charge sales tax for guns or ammo, for instance PSA had 9mm range packs, 200 rounds a couple weekends ago for $57 free shipping. I got 600 rounds for under $180. Not great, not terrible.
