We talk all day about function but what about form...  What’s your favorite firearm based on looks.  Mine is a toss up between the scar and Mp5 series of guns.  I like classic firearms as well, but man there is something about the scar and mp5 that I just love.  Thoughts?

It's a tie between the M14 and M1 Carbine for me.

Thats tough, but I would probably have to be an AK for me.  Nothing tickles my pickle quite like an AK.
I like them bare-bone and I like them modded up.

I've always thought the Beretta 92 Inox, with the original straight dust cover and all metal parts, was one sexy beast.

I owned one in the late 1990's and like an idiot traded it for a Glock 35.  No flies on the Glock either, but today I can buy one at any gun store in the U.S. unlike the all metal Inox, with a straight dust cover.

Different choices for different gun types (revolver v. semi pistol; bolt action v. lever v. pump v. semi rifle/shotgun; etc.) but overall the Thompson Model 1921A submachine gun.  The Art Deco style of the era was captured and even superseded function (the stock is ergonomically too long, but aesthetically perfect) in the execution of the firearm.

Choosing a favorite looking firearm is like choosing a favorite looking bird.  There are far, FAR too many beautiful firearms and birds for me to pick just one.  The wood duck and the browning high power are two examples...so is the blue heron and the Colt Peacemaker...too many beautiful things.

If looks is the only criteria we're going by, I always thought the H&K G36 was one of the coolest looking weapons around.

Fs2000 and ARX100 SBR! Just kidding. Shamelessly own both though.

Scar 16 SBR, ACR SBR, MP5A3 and PS90 SBR get my vote.

Edited to add: love the OP’s pics and collection as seen elsewhere on the forum.

I have to say I love a classic, no slant dust cover, no warning label INOX Beretta 92.
The polished SS CZ75 is a looker as well.

And a SS factory folding stock Mini14.

And a 1006 or 1045.
