Excluding .mil and prototype parts.

Cabelas guns?
12" suppressor Keymod rails? (I'm lucky I have one)
Transitional 8" handguards?
MCX specific fun switch?

G marked safety latch isn't rare at all. Just call Sig and give them the part number. However, $100 is expensive for such a TINY part. They always have them in stock since no one knows how to get them(also cuz of price)

MCX doesn't take any proprietary fun switch parts with the exception of the small trip bar that hits the sear when the bolt returns to battery. and those are readily available from folks other than SIG

MCX legacy gas valves!

I have asked many times for gas port sizes so I can order a valve with smaller ports for my over gassed 300BLK barrel.

No one seems to be willing to give out that info!

I just realized that the MCX t-shirt I have from 2016 has the MPX-style pre-mod handguard and the prototype stock.

RARE MCX T-SHIRT SLEEVELESS CONVERSION NOT AR15! I know what I got, no lowballers!

Here's a handguard that I've never seen in person, but I suppose exists in the European market, which is where I saw it marketed:

Obviously the RAREST part is the BARREL(S)!

They have ALL been out of stock and darn near impossible to find, unless you are willing to pay stupid high prices on sites like Gun Broker.

The secret here is calling CS and back ordering it. They’ll usually give you a discount too if you’re cool and ask for one because you have to wait.

Very true.

But ALL of their Conversion Kits have gone up to $699.99 now.

And I'd say the most sort after conversion kit is the Virtus 6.75" 300BLK; followed by the 11.5 5.56mm.

I'll bite.

In no particular order.

1. LVAW length upper receivers (original and newer length, neither of which were ever for sale on the civilian market).
2. Add-a-rail handguards. Only replicas are available. Never sold by Sig on the civilian market except on gen-1 MPX.
3. Blockhead stock. Only available as a replica. Never sold by Sig on civilian market.
4. New gen LVAW handguard in carbon fiber by Lancer. Only made a small run for a specific unit.
5. Add-a-rail Surefire scout light mount. Only made for a limited mil contract. I forget the OEM.

I will say, your #3 and #4 can be found on the commercial side.  Though, very small numbers, I have seen them out there.

Parker Mountain Machine does a "Kate Moss" stock, in FDE even.  $160.00, but you need to provide the hinge.

PMM Kate Moss

ETA:I see they sell factory hinges for $75..
