Got to do some touch ups to a factory bead blast. Trying to match the grit so I don’t have to blast the whole thing. Anyone have any recommendations?

Matching a glass bead finish is a crapshoot at best. Start with lower pressure and see how closely it matches. Try slightly more pressure if the finish seems light, but don't go too far, some stainless turns dark gray when you hit it with glass beads at high pressure. There's not much sense in buying different grades of beads to try to match an original finish. Lower air pressures seem to give a lighter color tone, and I can vouch for high air pressures can give you a finish like
Rugers old "Target Gray". But if you count on this working, it probably won't.

Or just blast the whole thing, and blow off the idea of touch-up work.
