No experience with them, but Hunters mention Sniper Hog Lights a lot. I'd like to see how a $25 Fandy 940nm IR with Zoom Head would do.

Is not the 850 adjustable ?
I have an ATN (have to dig it out and check model) and it is adjustable. Works fine. I’m never shooting over 150 yards anyway and it gets me plenty of light right about 100-125 and then starts to drop off but I can still make out a coyote at 150+ but I have a vision problem anyway so..? |

The head on the IR 850 should be adjustable. you can twist it to control how narrow or wide you want it.

If you can see out to 200 yards, you're doing just fine.
