Another forum that has been requested and slow on my end to deliver.

Please remember we have an entire section for precision rifles (including precision bolt) and a new section for hunting rifles. All of these can work together based on the type of conversations you are more interested in.

I think this fills a need - not every bolt gun is going to be suitable for the Precision Rifles forum and "Hunting Rifles" can be a lot more than bolt guns.

Great! Let’s make this happen. I’ve got nothing to contribute except my Archived thread on the sub-$200, sub-MOA rifle: the Thompson-Center Compass bolt action rifle:

Spoiler: does it really shoot sub-MOA? YES!

But don’t trust my test alone. Check out on YouTube the Compass rifles on Bolt Action Reloading and Johnny’s Reloading Bench.

I do believe the Compass’ most able to easily shoot sub MOA are chambered in 556/223 and 6.5mm Creedmoor.

My 300 WM is certainly accurate, but it is still a 7.5 lb 300 Win Mag with a pencil thin barrel (not the optimal set up for accuracy work).

I'm wanting one in 7mm-08. Probably going to be my deer rifle this year.

Love it. I dont consider my bolt actions precision rifles or hunting rifles as i use them for both.

I hope people realize this is here. I'm more a of precision guy, but this will be useful for all the stuff that foist really fit that niche.
