Looking at a couple different models, the Campark T40 and Apeman H55.
Would these be adequate, or, do I need to dig deeper into my wallet? Come to think of it, thinking I would want bluetooth, as the locations I have picked out for the camera(s) would be about 12 feet off the ground.

I would dig deeper...I tried the trail cam method and wasn't very satisfied for a number of reasons (resolution, no connectivity, poor battery life, etc.) even though I had a couple of fairly high end cams.
About the only thing they are good for (besides their intended purpose) are decoys. |

Picked up 3 Apeman's a few weeks ago and have been impressed so far considering the price.
Detection works much better than I expected. |

I have a few Apeman going on at the land. Was a low cost purchase, but pleasantly surprised by them. I got tired of spending $100 or more for game cameras that all quit after a few years.
