Got a few thousand with 1050/550 loading equipment I bought.

Can't find info on this, looked on their site also.

A buddy gave me 100 Top Brass in .45ACP.  They're in the rotation and seem just fine.  
I actually like the primer pockets a lot.  They're "semi-tight".  Not S&B tight, but they do want a little more effort than some others.

Black?  Mine are standard brass.  Your pics appear to be brass, but it could be my middle-aged eyes.

I've used my share of Top Brass with no issues or black.
Seems someone decided to use Birchwood Casey bluing to change the color. I assume there are a few chemicals to change the color of brass.

Found this.

Selenium dioxide is a chemical for blackening copper and brass.

I have a few.
