I’m in the planning stages of a really stupid project. Just so we’re clear, this is just a barreled action, I’m not trying to ruin a nice gun.

I’m wondering if something like this might work, I want to be able to retain the nose cap, and modify as little as possible, thoughts?

The nosecap will need to be opened up to fit the adapter.

ECCO threads the inside of the barrel, but I've only seen it done on pistol caliber stuff. Not sure if there is enough material for a full rifle caliber, and I'm not sure if he's accepting new work at the moment. Might be at least worth asking if its even possible
