I was looking for one of the older M590 5+1 models that had the shorter mag tube, but they are no longer offering those and I haven’t been able to find one locally. So I went with the current 590 to match up with my A1 SBS. Added an XS Big Dot tritium sight, and changed out the trigger group and safety for the metal A1 versions. I did have to relieve the pocket in the stock for the trigger guard to fit. Still looking for a short tube 590. |

Saw this cheap on GB and had to help. The seller said their thing is buying and reselling police auction stuff, sounds like the barrel was prob cut >18" and got trashed. I'll find a cheap barrel and some old wood for it. It's an old single bar gun, probably has a nice smooth action. Bet it turns out real nice. Attached File |

Upgraded the light setup on my M2: Surefire M340C and UE07 tapeswitch mounted via GGG rail mount. After trying several shotgun light solutions over the years including Dedicated Surefire forends, X300’s, and an M300 without tape switch, I think I am finally happy with this. I’m able to grip the gun the way I prefer and the light is out of the way until I need it. The Pro mount allows it to pivot to stay close to the gun’s centerline, while also providing a little spill illumination to the front bead. The tube is stocked with 8rds LE1321B and a 9th on the lifter. I dig it.

Thanks, I’m pretty ocd so the loading port dremel job was quite a process lol I’ve thought about the scalarworks mount and an RMR but am leaning towards putting that on one of my 18” shotties |

And to just throw things off, fat guy with cheap Stoeger Coach Gun. Ya know, within 15 yards I can hit everything I am at...but past 15 yards that left barrel is WAAAAY left! Good Cowboy and house gun until the CZ Sharptail Coach Gun comes back, then this will be used almost exclusively with MagTech full length brass shell loaded with black powder.
With all these high speed/low drag fighting shotguns...here's the bastard red headed stepchild.
