Which mount works well for mounting a Surefire Scout with a PEQ mounted at 12’ o’clock? I want the light to sit tight against the rail. (MCX SD Rail)

Arisaka 45 degree offset mount or the get the SureFire pro light where you can rotate it as tight as you want up against the rail.
