I haven't done it yet. But finally, everything is together for me to try out some AUGs and a suppressor. I have a Sico can. Got the adapter from Sico for the 51T MAAD Mount. I have a couple AAC flash suppressor, suppressor mounts. My question, I seem to see some people use an AUG check nut and some don't. Why or why not necessary for you?

Answered my own questions. There's no way for the AAC flash hiders to work w/ the check nuts.

On the 16in barrels. The flash hider goes all the way.

On the 20in barrel. It goes all the was down and the crown is flush with the hole in the AAC FH. But there is a small gap between the FH and the first thread that you'd thread a bayonet lug onto.
