I have a G10 handle civilian with the 3 screw pocket clip like the Enduras have. I like it but I never carried mine either. Just not in that many knife fights.

I guess it could make a boat/kayak/pfd knife for cutting yourself loose.

I have a small fixed blade CRKT On my pfd for that purpose.
