Anyone making a short throw m16 safety?

Not available on the commercial market, probably not exactly what you had envisioned but such thing does sorta exist.

I looked for one but have yet to find one. Just not not enough demand for manufacturers to bother I guess.

Also would like to see a titanium safety selector. V7 has said it's on their to do list but that was like 2 years ago and I haven't seen anything yet

I think demand is low even amongst SOCOM.
The SCAR originally had a short-throw selector (full auto was at 90 degrees) and they didn't like it (supposedly got mixed up due to familiarity with M16 family), so they changed them to be 180 degrees like the M4A1 and HK416.

during the urgi testing they had the same problems
