If FFL 1 takes in a handgun to ship to FFL 2, does FFL 1 need to enter into the bound book ?
Does it fall under the "received, work performed, returned to customer" under 24 hour rule I read about? |

Of course I need to enter it in, as I'm dispositioning it to someone other than the owner who dropped it off.
