It will have to go to a FFL in the buyers state. Private sales aren’t allowed across state lines.

My bad I read the post too quickly and missed that. You might have better luck posting in the hometown forum probably better odds than a ffl from that state. Last resort drop it in gd.
One thing I might offer as an option is to just contact the receiving ffl and run it by them. They will most likely know and can tell you which laws apply. Good luck. |
