Hey All...Am at 252 days...Dead Air Mask ..rimfire...rec'd May 4,2018...called today and got the "its pending"...the nice lady said they are affected by the shutdown but would not say how....

ALSO..emailed TODAY all the forms to my Senator...Cornyn..to inquire re my status...lo and behold i rec'd a call from his DALLAS office at 1650hrs. CST...said they are flooded with this type of inquiry and that
ATF is reporting a 469% increase in Form 4 submissions in 2018...as a result the wait time is now up to 9 to 10 months....

Mine was received May 11th. So, fingers crossed, mine will be soon in my hands.

This isn’t in any way surprising. With people finally giving up in the HPA ever passing and the constant deals on suppressors from manufacturers, it sounds about right. Also add in day for day for the government shutdown now.

Mine went pending 5/16/18. At this rate we will be lucky to get our approved form 4's by mid-feb.

May 28th for me, according to NFA tracker the average time from stamp cashed to approval over the last year was 199 days, in the last 3 months it's been 222 days.
Approval times were decreasing but have been on the rise for some time now.

Going by the averages I was just a few days away from approval when the shutdown commenced
