I am aware everything is slowed down by the amount of people purchasing NFA items lately. However, how slow are form 3s taking other people currently? I am eight and ten days out on pending F3s from SS. I hope, to have shipping information on both within the next week.
I see SS states on their website F3s are taking anywhere from one day, to three weeks. Capital Armory seems to have quicker returns as of late compared to SS on F3s. |

I have one that's just over a week now still waiting. Last one from SS took 3 weeks.

I'm at 2 weeks with SS. Still waiting.
Update: LGS texted today to tell me they received my suppressors. Waiting on SS email to certify. |

Ordered 2/29 cans showed up yesterday and certified.

One can just got past the form 3 at ~2 weeks. Another is a few days behind it waiting for approval.
Knowing how the NFA game works, watch F3s turn into a 6 month bottleneck followed by "fast" F4 approvals. |

You don’t wait on a Form 3 from CA. My last purchase from CA Bought 2-10-2024 Signed 2-11-2024 Certified 2-12-2024 Submitted 2-12-2024 Approved 2-29-2024 I haven’t done the 4473 yet because I’m out of town. My last 4473 through CA took about 11 days from filling it out to at my door. |

My SS order from 2/27 just changed to Ready to Certify today. Had to check the order on the Silencer Shop website, didn’t receive an email like I did last time. And annoyingly, the dealer is 60 miles away, and I was just in that town today but didn’t know things were ready…yay.

Purchased a can from a dealer in Utah to be shipped to a dealer here in Tenn. Took almost 5 weeks for the Form 3 to go through for the Utah dealer. He shipped the can Next Day Air to the dealer here.
