Knock the lever pin out, and check the cam pin channel and cam surface on the lever to see if they are worn.
Hell, just call RCBS, and they will end send you are new lever and mating parts, or just send you are complete back end instead. In the future, from time to time, pull the back end apart to clean and re-grease the back end rim holder parts. This will keep the back end parts from wearing out so quickly instead. |

Take it apart and clean, check tension adjustment.
Mine came loose and needed tension readjusted to keep cases from spinning. |
