Quietbore.com is now accepting orders for their "Form 4 kits" at 30% off.
The kit must be sent to a SOT dealer on a Form 3 to be transferred on a Form 4, 70 to 110 days estimate before you get it.
So, it looks like Form 1 builds are dead because everything is suppressor from raw metal tube and bar, end cap, tube, spacers, or anything that can be purposed into a suppressor is a suppressor and has to be on a Form 4.
I read the new rules (not into effect till 17 Aug 22 but enforced now) and the way it is written ATF can rule just about anything as a firearm, suppressor or machinegun and under the purview of NFA and GCA68.
