Save it to your computer, then open it in Adobe. The free reader version is just fine. It usually doesn’t work when you click the link and use it in a browser, but the auto fill should work in Adobe.
Print it all out. Scan & upload the ATF Copy, and mail the CLEO Copy. |

Just fill out the info as requested on Eforms. When you complete everything, they will email you afterwards with the CLEO copy all filled out.

Unless something has changed…that’s not how it works. He’s asking about the RPQ, which wasn’t in eForms last time I used it. You have to fill out the form, print/sign/scan, and upload it into eForms. |

Hopefully it works and I did everything correctly. |
