Mailed 5/12/17 Check Cashed 5/23/17 Approved 2/14/18 (Happy Valentine's Day to me) Dealer called 2/17/18 I was surprised at how quick it got to the dealer. I happened to call ATF to check on Friday, she said it was approved 2/14. So when my dealer left a message last night saying the stamp arrived I was like  , then I was like  .
