Like the title says, anyone sucessfully tried to paint one of these rubberized Hogue overmould stocks?
Does spray paint work or should I use something else?

It works fine but will not last. As the rubber is flexed it will peel or chip. When I painted cars there were flexible paints and primers so maybe look into an automotive finish option or swap furniture.

If the rubber parts are the same as their grips, Aervoe will take forever to dry.   Rustoleum was fine but will rub off as already stated.
