What are the differences between the commercial spec CNVD-LR and the Mil/LE contract overrun units?

I’d been looking at a -27 knock off (BNS-LR) and managed to track down a spec sheet for the unit. At a 1650 FOM and 64 res I feel like that cost vs capability gap isn’t too far under what the CNVD-LR could offer.

Guide me.
