Anyone know if there is any in stock somewhere?

Update

After looking around I decided to pick up a Yugo M70 pistol on gunbroker.  Not the same thing as a p64, but from what I've read they're fun gun to shoot.

There are a few on GunBroker… if you want to spend $500+ for one.

I feel what you're going through, OP. I was looking to buy one a few years ago when they were like 200 bucks. I haven't seen any vendors recently with any in stock. Like what was posted above me, there are some on GB but the prices are freaking NUTS!

It would be nice to get one, but if it doesn't happen that's ok

If it's any consolation, the triggers are horrid! I tried one a long time ago. I still want one though.
That's a pretty one, Creature!

It's probably the most brutally recoiling blow back pistol I own.  Fun, but getting through a box of Silver Bear is a near impossibility for me.  My hands are not meaty in the least and this little monster really beats up the web between the thumb and forefinger.

It would be outstanding if chambered in .32 ACP.

Don't insult shit. Trigger is worse than one on a Russian Nagant pistol.

Unless you have your heart set on the 64, a Mak or a CZ 82 or 83 is better.

New springs help immensely.

And P-64s weren't intended to be shot for fun.

I was at a lgs a few years ago when they had a batch of 8 come in.
Got to handpick mine, think I paid $249 plus tax.
Came with original import box,
1 mag and your choice of black or brown holster.
Classic had mags for $20 a piece.
I've put 300rds through it and it hasn't skipped a beat.

Huh...your pistol has import marks.  Mine doesn't.  What year is yours? Mine is a 1969.

Mine is a tack driver for how small it is.

I think I paid $160 for one back in 2008. I sold it as it was absolutely brutal to shoot, terrible trigger and fierce recoil.

Swap the recoil spring for the heaviest one offered by Wolff. The stock spring is stupidly underpowered to allow it to be cycled easier (since they were to be carried unloaded) and also probably pretty worn after so many decades. With the heavier recoil spring it's quite nice for a small gun.

Just be sure to grind the ends of the recoil spring flat to match the old spring, or it won't go it properly. I found that out the hard way.

The trigger is basically the worst. Unusable in DA, and SA is kind of terrifying if you aren't used to where it breaks and how unbelievably light it is.

CFletch,  I did eventually swap in the heavy recoil spring, it did help some.

Paid $135 for mine, with spring and aftermarket grips it made it a bit more comfortable to shoot. Recently trying to find extra magazines for it.

Heavier recoil spring and lighter hammer spring along with hogue grips..helped dampen it for me.
