Title says it all.  He inherited it from a relative.  Looking for any info or insights the hive may have.  Thanks!

I did a search on "Vintage FN Pistol" and "Vintage FN Firearms" and found these two links. The engraving on the pistol must be of some help. Maybe contact FN USA and ask for a contact that could identify it?

As others have said, it's a M1900 in 32acp. Fun fact the M1900 and it's immediate predecessor the M1899 (FN's first semi auto pistol) were the world's first 32acp pistols.  It was an extremely popular pocket pistol at the dawn of the semi auto pistol. I dont have my references in front of me, but the serial suggests it was probably manufactured around 1909ish as it's toward the end of the serial number range from memory.

Cool gun and great piece of history.
