I like it so far. I haven't really tried it out yet, but it has a couple advantages over the regular Pup, such a ergonomics and blade thickness. |

Correction... auto knives with blades under 2" are legal to carry in CA. There's a whole slew of California auto knives on the market, Protech, S&W, Dalton, Benchmade Benchmite, GT Knives, etc. That size blade is quite handy for many uses, opening boxes, etc. Also, people with one arm are exempt from the restriction on auto knives.

If I washt afraid to jump from planes Id try out for a Yarborough, until then Ill settle for the civy version of the knife.  Very nice.

This knife was made by my great, great Uncle Louis for My Grandfather right before he shipped out for Europe during WWII. He made it out of file steel and it is still able to hold an edge to shave with even today. Gramps was a C-47 cargo master. This knife flew over Normandy on D-day! If only this knife could talk!

My friend at work made this one for me last week. Flame pattern damascus steel, purple heart wood. He made the sheath and I'm going to have him add a loop to keep the knife from falling out. He said he could blacken the rivets for me if I want. What do you think, black or brass colored?

You've got a mighty talented friend there, Big Bear. Sweet! I got into a little run with Himalayan Imports, this is my Cherokee Rose:  20" OAL, fast, sharp, and feels great in the hand. Did a little patina work to show the temper line.  Nice Blades all, this is as good a place as any for post 500.

When you examine the blade up close, in person, it doesn't look sharp (to me, anyway). It appears to be well made; nice and sturdy. Not much weight to it either. The sheath is poor quality, though. I'm gonna have to purchase a better quality one soon. It's ok for now. I'm in the mood to watch some Friday the 13th movies now.

Shot at 2007-06-29 This is a one off I requested to be made, Basic Jungle with a Heavy Blade.  Shot at 2007-06-29 Another custom made 13 inch blade after I etched the blade.  Shot at 2007-06-29 A couple Proto Type Models offered to the Nepal Army/Ghurka's prior to a huge strike in Nepal.  Shot at 2007-06-29 Jungle Issue or light weight Training Khurkuri, Lower on I etched and copper didn't hold. Still the best Khurkuri on the market for the price (IMO)  Shot at 2007-06-29 Nepalize Army and Police Issue Knives.  Shot at 2007-06-29 World War Replica of a later WWII Model. Basic Issue Khukuri of the Ghurka's.  Shot at 2007-06-29 Upper was one of 3 made for a custom order with an extra heavy weighted Spine for Chopping or a clean cut on the down force.... It is actually a Dyed Rabbit Pelt. There is a Tannery close that does some odd stuff like Tiger, Leopard, I think they had Snow Tiger and a few others. No Laws were broken. Karsten |

Wsix, Those are just the one I took pictures of, I most likely have another 20 of so. As for the rebuild, thanks. While fun and challenging it is a messy hobby especially sanding down Micarta with a 1x30 belt sander. Karsten |
M4, the 1st time I saw them I was a little taken back thinking what the ****, Endangered Aminal Pelt....This is so wrong. I went back a couple days later as I needed some Loveless Rivets and ask about them....He asured me that for $3.00 each they were Rabbit and they print them on sight. So I bought a couple for back drops as they were interesting and unique. Karsten |

No one has posted for a bit. http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w319/lindsay0453/002-2.jpg the big one is a UZI Ranger that is unmarked (one of the guys i work with use to work there is was kicked out by QA due to the rubber insert in the handle not setting all the way down went thru evything but marking) cant complain he gave me one of them. and the lower one is my EDC CRKT M16 works great and is tough. |

Here's a couple of mine. Just the ones I use on a regular basis have a couple dozen more mostly older Schrades, Old Timers and Gerbers but these are the ones that actually get used/abused.
