Its a loose connection at the spiral wiring at the base of the drop in. Had one of mine do it. I rotated the spring slightly, and it stopped contacting whatever was causing the strobe effect. No problems since. Hope that helps.

Still a good deal for $16 invested. I got a package in yesterday so the Unimax will move to a pistol or back up rifle. This is a Cherokee laser in a Blackhawk offset flashlight mount and Surefire 93V. I'm not liking the Surefire on a gun, cause god it is bulky. I might have to get a WML. I'm gonna test the Cherokee tonight, got it used but if it works well I think I have found what I was looking for. |
