I caught sight of it during a Shot Show 2020 video here (19:02) and thought it was some sort of drop in like the Roni.
I Googled Chiappa PCC and found the CBR-9 Black Rhino. I guess it's not totally new... I must have missed it from Shot Show 2019 or whenever it came out. Looks interesting. Definitely on the pricey side though.

Pointy elbows.
In all seriousness, it looks kinda uncomfortable. "Approach with awe & wonder" --WTF is that all about? 
There's also some serious Engrish going on with that ad-sheet text. |
