I have been looking at the Pro-Tech knives for a while now and my local knife store has an outstanding selection to look at.  So I can home today with their Runt model.  It is very well made and the opening action is as quick and firm as you can get.  This will be an EDC for me for now.  I am retiring my Leatherman para frame knife
