I sent a form 1 for an sbr April 2017 and they cashed the check April 21, 2017. Flash forward mid-march, I called them asking the status and they said they needed my social security number so I gave it to them and they said it would be processed soon. I called again beginning of April and they still said pending even though they have all the info. Called again a few weeks ago and they said it was registered under someone else's name even though that person has documents saying the gun is back to title 1. Cleared that mess up asap and they said it would be processed within the week. Called again today and they said social security has not been updated yet even though I gave it to them weeks ago and still processed. Over a year and had to call them multiple times with seemingly no real progress. What gives? Anyone have this issue before? I had another form 1 submitted around the same time that I got back December 2017 with no issues so I don't know what's going on

I filed it myself paper individual
