Can the sear block be milled out in the FCG section to M16 specs? (FYI, I am not in CONUS, no NFA)

Yes
It's not a MG in the US either, until you start to drill the autosear pin hole.

Oh wow, I didn't know that it was legal to mill the lower FCG pocket to M16 specs EVEN without the auto sear hole.

Good to know.

Are any lowers sold all ready to go other than the hole? Or do they all have to be milled out?
