Long story short,
myself and a friend (and God knows how many others)  have  some stuff at a dealer. The dealer is a close friend, so when we even remembered that we had items there,  we mostly had an attitude of "eh, whenever you get to it".

Over time,  we increased the pressure but didn't escalate it because of the friendship.

Dealer buddy has gone off the deep end and says he lost his FFL but got another one.  He had at least one post sample mf. I know that had to go, but because the business entity stayed in place, he should have been able to keep everything else,  right?

Will the ATF actually do anything if we contact them?

I’m sorry that I don’t fully understand your situation, but what BUSINESS of this is YOURS?

Whatever person/entity which held the FFL/SOT can keep everything except post-86 MGs yes.

What stuff do you have there?

Yes the business entity should be able to keep them.

Also, any forms in progress should get expedited if ATF is aware.

If he did not start the forms, then you might want to get on that. The fact they are now owned by a non-FFL does not matter since it is in-state and still on F4. The upside is no 4473.

SBS. Waiting on him to do the form.  The other friend has 2 cans there.  1 f4 done but not sent, 1 waiting the f4.

So your main question is will the ATF do anything if you contact them.

From what I've seen/heard in the past, probably not.

Also, since this is the ATF, if they happen to do anything it probably won't be something helpful...
