I'm trying to gather a materials/parts list while I wait for my SBR and suppressor form 1 to be returned.

I'm looking for a flash hider that looks as close to a normal flash hider as possible that is designed for quick detach. I don't like the chunky designs of most of the course threaded flash hiders.

I'm also looking for a qd solvent trap/solvent trap end cap. The form 1 was submitted as a 7.62 can design, but, it will mostly be used on a 5.56.

That being said, I would like it to have a 7.62 end cap/flash hider option. Can anyone recommend a company/combo.

I decided on using an AAC 18T birdcage flash hider, assuming I can find an end cap to accomodate it. Does anyone know which, if any of the solvent trap companies offer a qd end cap for this flash hider. The suppressor will be a 1.5"x6-7" ti suppressor, designed for 7.62. However, this flash hider is for a 5.56 (1/2x28) that I will be using it on.

None of them.  If the MAAD amount is available in 18T that'd be your best bet.

I use a Key-mo mount with an ASR tube from Diversified Machine. Works really well
