My pocket carry is a leek as well, and just love the shape of that blade. Hence blade is easy to keep razor sharp(although not the strongest blade steel to hold a edge long term), its blade tip is strong from the shape of the blade, and seconds as scalpel for fine work like when you need to dig a splinter out. Plus that fact that Walmart sells them for$50 in all black, own a few for back up knifes as well.
So if you like the leek and its smaller size, but want a knife that is full automatic with a good blade shape for all purpose surgical use, then look at something like the Protech Newport.
Truth is, I think where Kershaw really screwed up, is with so many of use carrying a leek due its blade shape, its lightness, and it fitting well in the pocket, they should have just offered the leek blade design in a full auto knive as well.
