Yep. They will increase in value. Buy one or a few and sit on them. Military surplus starts out cheap and then becomes expensive as scarcity occurs

Worthless to me without the barrel, is it the APEX kits?

Apex and dsa have the kits for sale. There is no barrel, not allowed to be imported, but dsa is selling a replacement barrel but that add's another 175 bucks to the overall cost, so almost $725 by the time you order a barrel before the cost of receiver.
