Hey fellas, I recently bought a set of Israeli FAL handguards because I wanted to throw them on my 21" DSA Standard SA58. I just got them in the mail today and they definitely are not going to fit. What exactly do I need to make these things work? Is it even possible or am I up shit creek without a paddle. I can sorta get it on there but it doesnt look quite right. Are there parts im missing? Pwease help me

Does your DSA have the short gas tube that is soldered to the gasblock?

Yep, you have the soldered short gas tube. They are great, unless you want to run an open top handguard.

They will fit but the spring and gas piston are exposed on top since you have the shortened gas tube.
You have to force the handguards into the handguard ring. I believe the OEM izzy hgrd ring must be a hair larger than a standrd metric |
