I tried to enter my info for the pre-New Years deal (free tri-lug and a few adapters) and got zero feedback.  I tried asking what the deal was via the same form a week later and still no feedback.  I tried to contact them again via the same damn form and so far no bueno.  Is there a better way to contact these folks?

Is it just me are or the Rugged folks uniquely unresponsive?  I'd really like to know if I'm getting the tri-lug for my Evo . . . and I'm going to be extremely annoyed if some website snafu keeps it from happening.

They responded to me. Took about a week when I filled it out NYE and then I responded and got a follow up email next day.

I had some wonkyness with them and email. but they picked right up when I called during business hours.

I registered shortly after Christmas, as well. I used their contact form about 2 weeks ago. I emailed the address provided above about a week ago. I haven't received any communication. Or accessories, for that matter.

Call me old fashioned. but I just dialed the number and one of the two owners answered all my questions... all an a 3 minute call...go figure.

I'm going to stand up and eat my crow in public . .  . the accessories arrived.

Thanks to the folks at Rugged.  I cant wait for Uncle Sugar to get me the stamp for my Obsidian 9!
