They responded to me. Took about a week when I filled it out NYE and then I responded and got a follow up email next day.

I had some wonkyness with them and email. but they picked right up when I called during business hours.

I'd really like to know if I'm getting the tri-lug for my Evo . . . and I'm going to be extremely annoyed if some website snafu keeps it from happening.

I used there contact form and they called me the next day and took care of my issue.

I registered shortly after Christmas, as well. I used their contact form about 2 weeks ago. I emailed the address provided above about a week ago. I haven't received any communication. Or accessories, for that matter.

Call me old fashioned. but I just dialed the number and one of the two owners answered all my questions... all an a 3 minute call...go figure.
