Hello,
As you probably all know, getting any detailed information on the internal workings of night vision is a pain in the ass! I am wanting to buy an old broken tube and see if I can fix it, but before I do that I feel I need to understand the inner working of the tube just a little more. My question is if someone can explain to me what all the wires go to (specifically the blue, white, brown, and yellow wires). From my limited knowledge it looks like blue goes to the photo cathode, white to the Microchannel plate, and either yellow or brown goes to the phosphor screen. Black and red I’m assuming are ground, but that leaves one cable unaccounted for. Any help would be appreciated, and yes I stole this photo from another thread, hope you don’t mind...
