I killed a deer with the Traditions ML i was talking about before.
Nice score, .429 LSWC in a .50 cal sabot.

Looks like it would have bruised a deer behind him if it was aligned.

Someone else asked me if i found the bullet.

I looked and looked, i could not find any more tree damage, or the bullet.

Come to think about it, it may have stayed it that tree.  Next time i'm over there, i will have to find out.

I actually know a guy who fixed a tree about that size that had snapped in half with duct tape. Just wrapped and propped it up, kept it wrapped and a couple years later it was still there. The tape acted as replacement bark to allow the sap to keep flowing was his explanation.
